At Neural Rhythms, I firmly believe that true wellness is achieved by treating the whole person. My holistic approach to healing is based on three pillars: sound, energy, and wellbeing. As a Sound Therapist based in Southport and Merseyside, I offer group relaxation sound baths and personalised 1:1 Sound-Spa treatments. My group sound baths use combinations of Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Chinese Gong, Tongue Drum, Therapeutic percussion, and/or Guided Meditation to help you relax and rejuvenate, whilst 1:1 experiences provide personalised sessions blending traditional sound with the indulgence of spa-inspired therapies for ultimate relaxation.

‘The Sound Sanctuary’ – Open Group Sound sessions
The most popular entry into the world of Sound Therapy is via Open Session Sound Baths – these are specially crafted sessions that can use a variety of methods, techniques and instruments within an intimate open group session. These are open to beginners, intermediate and advanced meditative souls alike. This is a great way to bring together and meet like-minded individuals who share the same desires and goals within a safe community space.

Private Group Sound sessions
At Neural Rhythms, I offer private group sound sessions for individuals who want to experience the benefits of sound therapy in a more personalised and focused setting. I will work with you to create a customised sound healing plan that addresses your specific needs and concerns. I use a combination of Sound Instruments and/or guided meditation to help you achieve a deep sense of relaxation and healing.
This is a perfect way for friends or family to get together and connect within the comforts of your own home – please note that you will require space for myself/instruments and those attending to lie down or be seated.
Prices start at £30 per person (minimum of 4 people +) or £60 per person (2 people) within Liverpool / PR9/PR8 postcodes* – *additional travel costs will apply to those beyond

Booking and Cancellation Policies:
Groups Bookings
Unfortunately, due to a number of last minute cancellations and no shows to my previous sessions, please note that for all bookings made, in the event of cancellations being received from you less than 48 hours prior to a session, then the event will be charged in full. This is to cover administration (including pre-health questionnaire checks etc), diary management, appointment or space allocation, and all preparatory work that is carried out before a session takes place.
Please note that I would request that you arrive at the venue 5-10 minutes before the start of the event. As Sound Therapy is a form of meditative practice, I cannot accept latecomers as this will greatly affect the experience of other participants. Furthermore, this also provides a level of safety and security for both myself and clients alike – and whilst I understand that unexpected things can happen, I am not able to allow this to impact other attendees. Therefore doors will be locked at the start of an event (as stated in our booking T&Cs).
I will endeavour to initiate any refund made prior to 48 working hours as soon as possible. Please note that refunds to your bank could take several days depending on your provider.
Due to the nature of Sound Therapy (to include the health checks I have to make prior) and the limited spaces held, cancelled Sessions cannot be transferred to other sessions. These must be cancelled in advance (prior to 48 hours) and then booked onto your desired event separately.
No Shows will be charged at 100% and no refund/transfer will be issued.
In the event that I have to cancel a group session, I will endeavour to transfer this to a future session, or alternatively a full refund or credit note will be issued.
1:1 Treatment Sessions
For the mini taster sessions, we require a 50% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment with the remaining balance payable after your treatment.
For full 1:1 treatments, we require a 30% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment with the remaining balance payable after your treatment.
The terms of deposit are required to cover all administration, diary management, appointment allocation and all preparatory work that is carried out before the session or service takes place.
– Deposits are non-refundable
– If more than 48 hours notice is given you can reschedule your appointment.
– If less than 48 hours notice is given, but more than 24 hours, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay a new one to rebook
– If less than 24 hours notice is given, full payment is required
– Deposits not paid within 24 hours of booking will be cancelled
– Full payment will be charged for No-shows
Paying with Gift Vouchers
– If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours and are using a voucher to pay, the voucher will become invalid.
– No change is given if you don’t use the full voucher amount.
