Unfortunately due to a number of prior no-shows and late notifications, we now hold a strict 48 hour cancellation / no show policy with no transfer/refund option to cover admin, diary management, appointment allocation and all preparatory work carried out before the session takes place. All sessions, regardless of booking method, may be cancelled up to 48 business hours (2 business days) prior to start of the appointment. Any session cancelled less than 48 business hours (2 business days) before start of the appointment will be subject to charge of full price of the session. For example: a session scheduled for 7pm on Friday must be cancelled by 7pm Wednesday to avoid being charged for the service. Online bookings cancelled according to this policy will be fully refunded. We are unable to transfer your booking to other sessions given the limited class sizes. Therefore if you are unable to attend, we request that you cancel your space as early as possible (prior to 48 hours) and re-book onto another available session.
Also, we are unable to accept individuals under the age of 18 at this time.

For 1:1 sessions, we require a 30% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment with the remaining balance payable after your treatment.

The terms of deposit are required to cover all administration, diary management, appointment allocation and all preparatory work that is carried out before the session or service takes place.

– Deposits are non-refundable
– If more than 48 hours notice is given you can reschedule your appointment.
– If less than 48 hours notice is given, but more than 24 hours, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay a new one to rebook
– If less than 24 hours notice is given, full payment is required
– Deposits not paid within 24 hours of booking will be cancelled
– Full payment will be charged for No-shows

Paying with Gift Vouchers
– If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours and are using a voucher to pay, the voucher will become invalid.
– No change is given if you don’t use the full voucher amount.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms detailed herein.

Certain one-to-one treatments offered by Neural Rhythms take place in a private, calm setting and may involve hands-on techniques, close proximity and deep relaxation.

In order to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and to safeguard the wellbeing, dignity and safety of all parties, Neural Rhythms applies additional eligibility considerations to some 1:1 services.

In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, service providers are permitted to apply proportionate restrictions to specific services where this is a legitimate means of achieving aims such as privacy, vulnerability management and safety (Schedule 3, Equality Act 2010).

Accordingly:

• Group soundbath sessions are open to all genders.
• Some 1:1 treatments, particularly those involving hands-on work or heightened vulnerability, are offered only where the practitioner is satisfied that the service is appropriate for the setting.

Neural Rhythms reserves the right to:

• Decline, refuse or cancel a 1:1 booking where it is reasonably assessed that the treatment is not suitable for the nature of the service or environment, and/or
• Offer an alternative service, such as a group session or non-hands-on treatment, where appropriate.

Any such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, are not based on personal characteristics, and relate solely to safeguarding, privacy and the nature of the treatment requested.

Neural Rhythms is committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional environment. Any behaviour that causes concern or breaches professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

By booking a service, clients confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these safeguarding conditions.
